Neway Precision Foundry (Dafeng) plant locates at Nanyang Town, Dafeng City in the north of Jiangsu Province, totally covering 22,000sqm, thereof 12,000sqm under roof. There are over 400 employees, including 3 senior engineers and 8 process engineers.

Neway Precision Foundry mainly produces all kinds of investment castings for Neway product lines, including body, bonnet, gate, gland flange, handwheel, lever and so on, available size from 0.5” to 10”, available pressure rating including ANSI Class 150, 300, 600, 900 and 1500, available materials from conventional cast carbon steel and stainless steel to special alloy steel like Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy or Duplex steel etc.

Neway Precision Foundry has already established and implemented the special inspection system to meet the production of cast steels for valve, including incoming inspection、process inspection and final inspection. Neway Precision Foundry has already established the special lab, including sand strength test, chemical composition control, tensile test, impact test, MT/PT test, the test of pitting corrosion resistance of stainless in the ferric chloride solution and metallographic examination.
